CCPD launches homicide investigation after shooting claims man’s life in Cal City
According to the California City Police Department, police are investigating after a guy was found shot.
On Friday, December 8 at 8:10 p.m., the California City Police Department received a call about an expected shooting in the 8400 block of Tamarack Avenue. Officers said they arrived to find a man with a gunshot wound on the site.
According to CCPD, the victim was taken to a local hospital and later confirmed dead.
The victim’s identity is being withheld for the time being, awaiting further inquiry.
