According to Detective Andrew Rowan of the Alabaster Police Department, Ulloa’s 11-year-old brother was tragically killed in the crash above.
According to Detective Rowan, drivers need to ensure the safety of not just themselves but also their passengers.
According to Rowan, ensuring the safety of your passengers is paramount when driving. This means ensuring that everyone is properly buckled up and obeying all traffic laws and rules of the road. She emphasizes the importance of using turn signals and adhering to speed limits, as these actions can significantly reduce the likelihood of accidents or injury.
