New images of suspects in East Harlem bodega shooting released by police
New photos of the individuals linked to the crime have been made public by law enforcement officials.
According to reports, two individuals entered the store at the intersection of East 123 Street and 3rd Avenue on August 28th, Monday, and proceeded to shoot two men.
The victim, who is only 23 years old, was wounded by two bullets, one hitting his leg and the other piercing his stomach.
The shot victim sustained a single gunshot wound to their right leg and is 43 years old.
Afterwards, the suspects left the scene in a dark Honda vehicle.
After the incident, both individuals were immediately transported to Harlem Hospital for medical attention. Fortunately, they are currently in stable condition and receiving appropriate care.
According to the police, the male suspects are said to be in their twenties or thirties and have a slender to average physique.
During the incident, a person of interest was spotted donning a grey hooded sweater. The front of the shirt displayed a multi-colour design, and the individual paired it with blue jeans, white and black sneakers, and a dark blue hat.
The second individual was observed sporting a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, black sneakers, and a dark hat.
The authorities are still investigating, and as of now, no arrests have been made. The case remains open, and they are working diligently to gather all the necessary information and evidence to shed light on the matter.
According to NJ Burkett, the driver who allegedly hit pedestrians in Midtown late Sunday night is under investigation.
