Alabama football player taken into custody for intentionally transmitting STDs

Alabama football player Elijah Pritchett was arrested on Wednesday night for allegedly spreading a sexually transmitted disease.
The 19-year-old was arrested by the Tuscaloosa Police Department and was later released on $500 bond. Shortly after his arrest, he was hit with a misdemeanor charge in the case.
If Pritchett is found guilty, he could potentially face a prison sentence of up to three months or be required to pay fines of up to $500.
