Early Sunday morning, a tragic event occurred at 355 Seventh Ave. in Koreatown, leaving a 32-year-old man fatally shot in the head, according to the NYPD. The victim’s identity remains undisclosed pending family notification. Authorities found him at the scene and declared him dead. The incident took place around 5:30 a.m.
