Kansas City Barbecue Destination Set to Reopen Within a Year of Closure
EDWARDSVILLE, Kan. – Roscoe’s Barbeque has revealed plans to reopen its Wyandotte County restaurant in January 2024, nearly a year after it closed.
Roscoe and Mariann Davis, the owners, announced their decision to retire and close after 13 years in January of this year.
Roscoe and Mariann are still enjoying retirement, but their two sons, Roscoe III and Nick, have been working hard behind the scenes to bring this popular Kansas City BBQ and “true hidden gem,” known for its fall off the bone ribs and burnt ends, back to the metro.
The family announced on Monday, “Same great food, same great location, and same great family environment!” “We look forward to serving you January 2024!”
