The County Planning Board approves BK variances and returns the city’s plan
During its meeting on Thursday evening, the Genesee County Planning Board gave its unanimous approval to two variances for the proposed drive-through of Burger King located at 301-305 West Main St., Batavia.
During the hearing, Carrols LLC, represented by site engineer Peter Sorgi, requested two variances. The first variance was for the number of parking spaces, which would be 26 instead of the minimum requirement of 32. The second variance was for a slightly taller building, with a height of 18.66 feet, exceeding the maximum limit of 18 feet by .66 8 inches.
