On Sunday, two people were killed in a head-on collision on USA Parkway in Silver Springs around 7:30 p.m..
According to the Nevada State Police, a 2004 Mercury sedan travelling north in the opposing lane struck a 2013 Honda head-on.
NSP reports that the Mercury’s driver and passenger both perished.
The condition of the driver of the Honda, who was transported to the hospital, is unknown.
