Arrests made following discovery of missing 11-year-old girl from northeast Indiana in Wisconsin
Three individuals from South Dakota have been apprehended in Wisconsin following their alleged abduction of an 11-year-old girl from northeast Indiana.
A Silver Alert was issued on Saturday, Dec. 30, for the girl, as reported by our affiliate WPTA in Fort Wayne. She was last seen in Zanesville, a small town located southwest of Fort Wayne. At the time, Indiana State Police stated that she may have been in a white Dodge Caravan.
After the silver Alert was issued, the Iowa County Communications Center in Wisconsin received information that the Dodge Caravan in question was seen at a Kwik Trip gas station in Barneveld, Wis. Police promptly pulled over the vehicle shortly after it left the gas station.
The authorities discovered the missing girl inside the vehicle and safely removed her, while they apprehended three adults.
The Iowa County Sheriffโs Department has reported the apprehension of three individuals: Zachary Delozier, aged 27, Sara Gaudino, aged 23, and Isaiah Schryvers, aged 24. Hailing from South Dakota, all three were wanted for the kidnapping of a minor in Wells County, Indiana.
Officials have not disclosed the reasons behind the trio’s decision to take the girl or the destination they were heading towards.
