Driver Arrested After Police Chase in Orange County
On late Sunday night, a driver was arrested after a pursuit on several local freeways in ORANGE. This incident occurred on 10.08.2023 at 10:30 PM.
At approximately 10:30 PM, Orange police officers initiated a pursuit of a black Chrysler 300 that was being driven by a lone male occupant.
During the chase, which at times went in the wrong direction, the driver declined to stop, prompting officers to pursue at speeds of up to 90 miles per hour.
For roughly half an hour, law enforcement officers followed a black Chrysler as it led them on a high-speed chase across the SR-55 and SR-22 freeways.
The driver’s pursuit came to an end when he found himself surrounded by officers at the intersection of East Palmyra Avenue and South Wayfield Street. He was taken into custody without any incident.
