Jackson County Parks & Rec announces Christmas in the Park opening day

The 26th Annual Christmas in the Sky and 36th Annual Christmas in the Park holiday events have their kickoff date announced by Jackson County Parks and Rec.
Christmas in the Sky is all set to light up the Longview Lake Beach on Wednesday, Nov. 22. The event will mark the beginning of Christmas in the Park with a spectacular fireworks display. It’s the perfect way to start the holiday season with a bang!

The gates to the event will open at 5 p.m., followed by the holiday stage show at 6 p.m. The much-awaited fireworks display will commence at 7:45 p.m. Make sure to arrive early to secure a good spot and not miss out on the festivities.
