A man was apprehended by the Metropolitan Police Department for indecent exposure to a woman.
Around 1:18 p.m. on Wednesday, a woman in the 800 block of D St. in Southeast D.C. was exposed to Christopher Garner, 36, who was sitting in his car at the time.
A man in the area was also threatened by Garner.
Authorities apprehended him and pressed charges for engaging in indecent, lewd, and obscene behavior and for making threats of physical harm.
