Mother And Daughter From Virginia Beach Competed On ‘America’s Got Talent’ Tuesday night
VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia — (WAVY) There is a long list of incredible artists from Hampton Roads who have graced national stages. One of these extraordinary talents is featured on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent.”
Phil Wright and the Parent Jam began in a Los Angeles hip-hop dance studio. They consist of parents and children dancing together.
Cecil Gandia and her daughter Lucia, who goes by Lu-Lu, are one of these pairs. The Gandias are Virginia Beach natives. The couple expresses their views on dancing on a national stage.
“Initially, I was terrified,” Lucia said. As soon as I stepped onto the stage and began dancing, all of my anxiety vanished. “I am available to her. “I attempt to remove myself from the equation,” said Cecil.
The Gandias claim to have formed a strong bond with their teammates and are eager to demonstrate their talents under the bright lights.
The couple states that dancing is an excellent way for them to connect. “Whenever I’m on stage with my mom, it’s like a party,” Lucia explained. “I think it’s fantastic. I adore dancing. It’s nice to see her dancing in love. “We enjoy ourselves,” Cecil said.
The Gandias stated that Lulu’s Virginia Beach dance studio, Denise Wall’s Dance Energy Studio, will host a viewing party on Tuesday, September 5. They hope that all of Hampton Roads will vote in their favour. The program airs at 8 p.m. on NBC.
