On October 3, a 35-year-old resident of Port Jervis was arrested for allegedly committing two counts of reckless endangerment and harassment and aggravated assault against an individual under the age of six.
A concerned father, who wished to remain anonymous, contacted News 12 to report the accusations of assault against his children. According to him, his kids were left with black eyes and bruises on their faces due to the attack.

According to recent reports, Erdmann has been placed in the Pike County Correctional Facility on a $10,000 bail. The Pennsylvania Magisterial District Court has scheduled his hearing for October 17th. The prosecution of this case is being handled by the Pike County District Attorney’s Office.
