On Sunday, a group of adults engaged in a physical altercation at Disneyland, as reported by authorities and captured in a video of the incident.
The altercation occurred in Fantasyland, near the Mad Tea Party ride and in front of the Storybook Land Canal Boats attraction.
According to officials from Disneyland, a fight broke out at the theme park, but it remains unclear what sparked the altercation. Park security promptly intervened and removed the individual responsible for starting the incident from the Disney resort. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries. The security team at Disneyland also notified the Anaheim Police Department about the incident, which was quickly resolved.
Sgt. Jonathan McClintock, a spokesperson for the Anaheim Police Department, stated that the preliminary investigation indicated that multiple individuals were involved in the altercation. As of now, no arrests have been made, and authorities are still conducting an investigation into the incident.
Brawls at “The Happiest Place on Earth” have unfortunately become a recurring occurrence, with notable incidents including a fight in 2019 and another in 2022. To address this issue, park officials added a new “courtesy” section to their website towards the end of last year, emphasizing the importance of treating fellow visitors with respect.
