As per a Facebook post by the 9th Street Italian Market, Hollywood’s renowned A-Lister, Bradley Cooper, has teamed up with Danny DiGiampietro, the proprietor of Angelos Pizzeria South Philly on S. 9th Street. Together, they’ve ventured into the world of delectable eats with their food truck named Danny and Coop’s Cheesesteak. Be sure to give them a try!

 

In the bustling streets of New York City, Bradley Cooper and Danny DiGiampietro from Angelo’s Pizzeria have delved into the cheesesteak scene. The dynamic duo operates the Danny & Coop’s Cheesesteak truck, generously donating all proceeds to charity, as reported by The Philadelphia Inquirer.

On the morning of December 6, in Greenwich Village, New York, the sleek black food truck parked on West Third Street near Sixth Avenue. Adorning its side is the moniker “Danny & Coop’s Cheesesteaks.”

Both the team manning the truck and the mouthwatering sandwiches served through the window hail from Philadelphia. The “Coop” in the equation is none other than actor Bradley Cooper, a Montgomery County native with a culinary background, including childhood experiences in pizzerias and a notable role as a troubled chef in the 2015 thriller Burnt. Meanwhile, “Danny” refers to Danny DiGiampietro, the owner of Angelo’s Pizzeria in South Philadelphia. Notably, Cooper obtained a health certificate after completing ServSafe food handling training.
