A Thorough Aide; Hulk Hogan's Son Nick Arrested for DUI In FL

Hulk Hogan’s Son Nick Arrested for DUI in Florida, Acting as a Thorough Aide

Nick Hogan, the son of WWE icon Hulk Hogan, was arrested on Saturday morning for driving under the influence. According to prison records, he refused to take a sobriety test at the time of his arrest. The misdemeanor charges were filed shortly before 4 a.m. and Nick was later released after posting a $500 bond. Further details of the incident are currently unknown.

According to TMZ, Scratch Hogan was spotted on his Instagram page heading to a two-piece challenge at his father’s restaurant in the Clearwater area on Friday night, just before his capture. Hogan, whose real name is Nicholas Bollea, had been involved in a tragic car accident in Clearwater back in 2007 that left his friend John Graziano with a severe brain injury.

According to People, Graziano was a trained Marine and was riding in Scratch Hogan’s car when it swerved off the road and hit a tree in Clearwater while racing against a friend.

Mass Hogan’s son, who was only 17 years old, spent eight months in Pinellas County Jail after pleading no contest to a charge of reckless driving that resulted in serious physical injury. The police alleged that alcohol was involved and charged Mass Hogan with providing alcohol to his underage son. As a result, Nick Hogan was sentenced to five years of probation and 500 hours of community service. Additionally, his license was suspended for several years.

After exhibiting proper behavior, he was released from prison after serving almost six months. The Graziano family filed a lawsuit against the Hogans for the accident that resulted in John requiring around-the-clock care until his passing. Hulk Hogan shared that the incident served as a wake-up call for his son, who he felt “was cruising through life, perhaps not fully aware of his actions.”

“In 2007, when this happened, it completely changed him in a 180-degree turn…it was the best thing that ever happened to him. I’m not saying it’s great, but it happened for a reason,” said the Hulkster in an interview with People. “It’s hard to stay positive every day when something so terribly devastating happens,” added Nick Hogan.
