Man injured and windows shattered in shooting incident at DC Giant supermarket
On Saturday night, a shooting incident occurred at a Giant grocery store in Northwest D.C. that shattered the store’s windows. One person was injured in the unfortunate incident. One individual has been injured as a result of a shooting incident that occurred on Saturday night, causing the windows of a Giant grocery store in Northwest D.C. to shatter. The incident took place in Washington.
At approximately 10 p.m. on October 21st, the police officers near the 1400 block of 8th St., NW heard the sound of gunshots and immediately took action to investigate the situation. As they scoured the vicinity, a Giant supermarket caught their attention due to multiple bullet holes on its exterior. Although several windows at the front of the store were shattered, no casualties were discovered at the scene.
During the course of the investigation, the police discovered that a man who had sustained a gunshot wound had arrived at a nearby hospital, revealing that he was also involved in the incident. At present, the investigation is still ongoing and there is no further information that has been disclosed yet.
