One man killed and another injured in shooting incident in Northeast DC
On Monday, a shooting incident in Northeast, D.C. resulted in the death of a man and left another individual injured. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is currently conducting an investigation into the matter.
At around 10:20 p.m., the authorities received a report of gunfire at the 300 block of Tennessee Ave., N.E. Upon arrival at the scene, they discovered two men who sustained gunshot wounds.
The incident resulted in the death of one individual, while the other was taken to a medical facility for care of injuries that were not life-threatening.
