Person of interest identified in Batavia Downs hit-and-run

According to the Genesee County Sheriff’s office, progress has been made in investigating a hit-and-run accident that occurred last Wednesday evening. A person of interest has been identified, and the authorities are working to gather more information.

No information has been disclosed about the individual’s identity, and no reports of any charges being filed.

Reports indicate that a dark-coloured pickup truck was involved in an incident at around 6:20 p.m. in a Batavia Downs parking lot, as confirmed by authorities.
