Music mogul Sean Combs is accused of gang raping a 17-year-old girl: lawsuit
Twenty years ago, a music magnate named Sean Combs is allegedly involved in a gang rape involving three other men, a new lawsuit claims, after transporting the victim from Michigan to his studio in New York City.
According to the civil claim filed in Manhattan Federal Court, the 17-year-old girl, identified as Jane Doe in court filings, was viciously raped by Combs, Harve Pierre, the president of Bad Boy Entertainment, and a third unidentified male in Combs’ Manhattan studio in 2003.
According to court documents, Pierre first met the minor at a Detroit lounge, where he allegedly forced her to perform a sex act on him in the lavatory before flying to New York City on a private jet.
Combs, who was 34 at the time, allegedly encouraged the girl to come to New York over the phone.
According to the petition, after arriving at the studio, the minor was allegedly given narcotics and drink before Combs, the unnamed male, and Pierre took turns beating her. Lawyers claim that Combs stood by and watched as the mystery man raped the teen.
According to court documents, the girl reportedly claims Pierre physically pushed her to perform a sex act, causing her to choke and struggle to breathe. When he was finished, Pierre allegedly left the adolescent in anguish on the restroom floor of the studio.
According to her lawyers, she was flown back to Michigan following the attack.
“Ms. Doe has lived with her memories of this fateful night for 20 years, during which time she has suffered extreme emotional distress that has impacted nearly every aspect of her life and personal relationships,” according to the court documents.
The lawsuit seeks specific monetary damages.
Combs has been named in a number of other lawsuits with similar allegations. The entertainer has disputed the “awful” allegations, claiming the women were only interested in making money off of him.
“Let me be clear: I did not do any of the heinous acts being accused. Combs stated in a statement, “I will fight for my name, my family, and the truth.”
