New Orleans Resident in Critical Condition After Unintentionally Stepping on Another Person’s Shoes

According to RadarOnline.com, a man from New Orleans may lose his life after accidentally stepping on someone’s sneakers. The man who wore those sneakers allegedly attacked him, resulting in serious injuries.

According to a report by Front Page Detectives, on September 24th, Scott Wagner left his job at Mr. Ed’s Seafood in the French Quarter and accidentally stepped on another man’s shoes as he walked by.

According to the police, the perpetrator reportedly punched Wagner from behind in retaliation and proceeded to continuously punch him until he lost consciousness. The incident has been described as a violent attack.

According to WWL-TV, when police arrived at the scene of the incident, they found the victim alone and unable to provide any information or contacts.

According to a photo released by the New Orleans Police Department, the suspect accused of committing second-degree battery reportedly fled the scene with another individual and is now wanted.

Although the police have not disclosed the name of the victim, Wagner’s family, in an interview with WWL-TV, revealed that he had sustained a severe traumatic brain injury, which could potentially be fatal.
