NYPD employee arrested after punching, choking woman during dispute at home: police

According to police, a woman was assaulted by an NYPD employee at his Brooklyn residence on Monday, leading to his arrest.

According to Patch, a woman was reportedly punched and choked during a domestic dispute at the home of Stephen Osborn, a 28-year-old NYPD custodian. The incident occurred in the vicinity of East 23rd Street and Newkirk Avenue in Flatbush.

According to the authorities, the police revealed that Osborn was in a romantic relationship with the woman.

The assault caused minor injuries to the victim.

According to the authorities, Osborn was taken into custody at approximately 1:20 a.m.

The charges against him include criminal obstruction of breathing, assault, menacing, and harassment.
