Shooting at Southwest Houston Apartment Complex Leaves 2 Dead and 1 Arrested by HPD
Authorities are currently investigating a shooting incident that resulted in the death of two individuals outside an apartment complex in southwest Houston on Saturday evening.
At approximately 5:39 p.m., authorities were summoned to a residential complex at the 8900 block of Bissonnet Street in Houston.
According to authorities, the individuals affected by the incident were a 20-year-old and a 40-year-old.
According to law enforcement officials, the shooting incident included a single gang member who was also among the victims.
According to the authorities, the shooting appears to have been directed towards a specific individual, and gang involvement is likely.
As per the authorities, they have taken one individual into custody in connection with the incident.
In addition, the police have reported that cars were involved in an accident at the location. However, it has been clarified that the accident was unrelated to the shooting incident.
At this time, there is a lack of information available as an investigation is currently underway.
