NOPD Asks Community for Help Identifying Franklin Avenue Homicide Suspect
The NOPD is currently requesting the public’s help in identifying and locating an individual of interest in connection with a homicide case that occurred on Franklin Avenue on October 18, 2023. The individual in question is an unknown black female, and a photo of her has been released by NOPD Homicide Section detectives.
At the moment, there are no criminal charges against her, but detectives believe that she may possess crucial information related to the homicide case. They are keen on interviewing her to gather more details.
