Entrance to George Washington Bridge to remain closed until spring 2024
Starting November 3rd, motorists will face a closure of the northbound Lemoine Avenue entrance to the George Washington Bridge that will last until spring 2024.
Throughout the construction process, the Lemoine Avenue Bridge rehabilitation will take place in stages, ensuring that two travel lanes of traffic remain open in each direction.
As part of a massive $2 billion initiative, the Port Authority is undertaking repairs on almost every aspect of the George Washington Bridge.
