The Kern County Sheriff’s Office has reported that a fatal car crash occurred on Randsburg Cutoff Road, one mile west of Highway 14 in Mojave. Sadly, a man lost his life in the accident.
According to KCSO, a collision occurred on the evening of September 22, specifically at 10:12 p.m. The victim in question was identified as Garret William Houston, a 39-year-old resident of Tehachapi.
According to KCSO, Houston was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision with another vehicle. Unfortunately, he suffered injuries that led to his untimely death and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The authorities at California Highway Patrol in Mojave are currently conducting an investigation on the accident.
