Gang member with warrant arrested with loaded gun and fentanyl near MacArthur Park in LA
The Los Angeles Police Department made an arrest on Tuesday of a well-known gang member who was found carrying a loaded gun and fentanyl in his possession near MacArthur Park. As per the official tweet shared by the LAPD’s Twitter account, the individual was spotted by Officers Delgadillo and Lopez during their routine patrol. The suspect had an outstanding felony warrant against him, and the officers immediately made the apprehension.
MacArthur Park is notorious for its issues with crime and drug use. Over the years, the authorities have conducted numerous police operations to tackle criminal activities in the area. In 2022, a dedicated effort was made to address the problems of homelessness and drug addiction. The primary aim was to provide those affected with the necessary resources and support to overcome these challenges.
