Middletown honors 37 residents who lost their lives in the 9/11 attack
On Monday evening, a ceremony was organized to honour and remember the residents of Middletown who lost their lives in the devastating terrorist attacks on September 11th. The event was a solemn occasion that allowed the community to unite and pay their respects to those tragically taken from them.
Over a hundred individuals came together at the Memorial Garden located in the town. This sacred site was established in 2003 in remembrance of the tragic attacks.
A wreath was laid, during the ceremony and a silent march was held as a tribute.
According to reports, Middletown suffered a devastating loss of 37 individuals in the attack, making it the second most affected town after New York City.
