Miller County crash leads to arrest on suspicion of DWI

MILLER COUNTY, Mo. – In Miller County, Missouri, a recent development has taken place.

A man from Eldon was taken into custody on Sunday morning under the suspicion of driving while intoxicated. The incident occurred in Miller County at 119 Doyle Rd when the man collided with an unoccupied parked car.

According to an arrest report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 18-year-old Nathan Terry was taken into custody after sustaining minor injuries. He was subsequently transported to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment. As of now, charges have not been filed on Casenet.

Terry was driving his 2007 Ford Mustang when he veered off the right side of the road. His car collided with a parked 2015 Kia Optima, causing it to be propelled back onto the road before veering off again and crashing into a rock bluff.

According to the crash report, both cars were completely destroyed.

Terry was taken into custody early Sunday morning for driving under the influence and veering out of their lane.
