The public is being asked to assist Virginia Beach police in locating witnesses in an abduction and kidnapping case.
Richard Shusko, 39, was apprehended and charged on August 9th, with one count of felony attempted abduction with the intention of defilement, one count of felony solicitation to commit abduction with the intention of defilement, and one count of felony solicitation to commit rape of a minor.
This is an ongoing investigation, according to the VBPD, which is attempting to identify any additional potential victims.
