Pablo Guzman, Legengdary TV Reporter for CBS New York, Passes Away Unexpectedly
Over the holiday weekend, New York City television lost one of its most iconic faces.
Pablo Guzman, the well-known reporter, sadly passed away on Sunday, November 26. The unfortunate news was shared by CBS New York, the television station where Guzman had been working.
According to reports from The Daily Mail and other outlets, it has been stated that Pablo experienced a heart attack.
Throughout his career, Guzman held positions at several prominent television networks in the city. In the 1980s, he worked at Channel 5, followed by a stint at WNBC (NBC 4) in the early 1990s. Lastly, he spent an impressive 16 years at WCBS TV (CBS 2 New York), marking the culmination of his successful career.
Throughout his career, Guzman had the opportunity to report on numerous significant events in the city, including the aftermath of 9/11, high-profile crime stories, and other notable incidents.
Guzman gained widespread recognition for his engaging man-on-the-street interviews, which captured the essence of the city’s biggest events, such as the Yankee parades and beyond.
