Secaucus PD: Victim kept tied in U-Haul for hours by kidnappers who owed drug money

In October, Festino was taken into custody by the police in North Bergen for her involvement in a robbery and kidnapping case. During a search of her house, law enforcement officials discovered a considerable amount of methamphetamine, Ritalin, Adderall, and other drug-related items. Additionally, officers found counterfeit credit cards, IDs, and social security cards. At the time of the arrest, three other individuals were also taken into custody at her residence and charged with drug and fraud offenses.

According to the police, they are currently on the hunt for Louis Governara, a 49-year-old resident of Jersey City, and Roberto Lascano, a 37-year-old resident of West New York. The two are wanted for their alleged involvement in a kidnapping case.

Police have reported that in September, they arrested three individuals who were involved in running a meth and fentanyl ring. The undercover detectives were able to seize a considerable amount of drugs, including over five ounces of methamphetamine, Fentanyl pills, and cocaine. Additionally, Homeland Security provided assistance in seizing more fentanyl.
