An investigation is underway by the state police following an accusation that a man exposed himself to a young adult in Indiana County who is only 19 years old.
According to reports, this incident occurred in broad daylight, outside the Regency Mall in Indiana.
According to the police report, a young woman of 19 years old reported that while she was on her way to her car, an unknown man approached her and exposed himself by pulling down his pants.
According to reports, the individual in question is of average height, standing at around 5’10”. He is believed to have an average build and sports dark, unkempt hair that falls to his ears. Additionally, he wears glasses and is estimated to be in his late 50s or 60s.
