On September 24th, a resident of College Village in Batavia was accused by another resident of sending a message to her aunt via Facebook. In response, the accused resident and two other young women allegedly physically assaulted the victim.
According to the victim, they suffered from a head injury and bruised ribs.
All three individuals have been accused and charged with second-degree assault.
