After Guilty Verdict, Family of Breasia Terrell Begins Process of Healing
After waiting for 1,163 days, the family of Breasia Terrell finally received justice for her tragic death. Despite this, Aisha Lankford, Breasia’s mother, shared with WQAD News 8 that the justice served cannot make up for the tremendous loss that she has suffered. It is an irreparable damage that she will have to bear for the rest of her life.
After three long years, the mother of a 10-year-old girl can finally take a breath of relief. She was pleased to hear that 51-year-old Henry Dinkins was found guilty of the murder of her daughter. The verdict was announced on Friday, and Dinkins is now set to face a mandatory life sentence in prison. The sentencing hearing is scheduled for October 11th.
