A 24-year-old man named Terrance Moorer from Montgomery has been charged with capital murder on Wednesday. Currently, he is being held without bail at the Montgomery County Detention Facility.

According to the authorities, Jeralyric Goldsmith, a 25-year-old resident of Montgomery, was the victim of a shooting. He was discovered with gunshot wounds in the 4200 block of Knoll Gate Road, situated off Woodley Road, at approximately 6:40 p.m. on Tuesday. Sadly, he succumbed to his injuries after being transported to a nearby hospital.
