DWI and Invalid Vehicle Inspection Lead to Arrest of Alden Resident
Andrew Babula, a 36-year-old from Alden, NY, was arrested by Troopers out of SP Alden on October 7, 2023, for driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle without a valid NY inspection. The Troopers pulled Babula over on Exchange Street in the village of Alden due to an expired inspection. After failing SFST’s, Babula was placed under arrest and taken to SP Alen for processing. Babula was found to have a .15% BAC. Traffic tickets were issued to Babula and are returnable to the village of Alden court for November 6, 2023.
