El Monte Daughter Arrested In Mother’s Stabbing Murder
Ucreview – On Tuesday, the county authorities identified a woman who was fatally stabbed at a residence in El Monte. The police arrested her daughter in connection with the stabbing.
Jacqueline Perez, 44, has been identified as the victim of the stabbing by the Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner’s office.
On the same day, law enforcement officers apprehended the perpetrator responsible for the murder of Perez. According to KABC 7, the suspect in question is identified as Perez’s 25-year-old daughter, Kimberly Gonzales.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the El Monte Police Department dispatched officers to the 11000 block of Ranchito Street around 5 p.m. on Sunday.
According to a statement from the sheriff’s department, they apprehended a young female suspect, aged between 20-25 years old, outside of the residence upon their arrival.
According to the statement released by the sheriff, they have arrested the suspect and there are no other suspects at large. Additionally, a potential murder weapon was found at the scene of the crime.
The city where Perez resides has yet to be disclosed.
