Fourteen-year-old arrested by NYPD for throwing brick at a moving subway
A 14-year-old boy has been arrested and charged by the police in relation to an incident that occurred last month. The incident resulted in smashed windows on subway cars.
According to the NYPD, a 14-year-old boy was taken into custody after allegedly hurling a brick at a D train passing through Bensonhurst on September 26th.
The adolescent is facing accusations of reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.
An investigation is currently underway by the police regarding a distinct incident that occurred on September 13th. This incident involved shattered windows and there is a possibility that it may be linked to the same teenager under investigation.
