NYPD reports stabbing of 18-year-old woman at Times Square-42nd Street station
Police reported that a woman had been attacked with a slashing wound to her arm at a subway station in Manhattan on Sunday.
At approximately 6:45 p.m., a young woman aged 18 was stabbed in the arm while standing on the northbound A/C/E platform at the Times Square-42nd Street station, according to the police. The victim was promptly transported to the hospital for treatment, and fortunately, her injuries are not expected to be life-threatening.
According to the authorities, two individuals were spotted departing from the vicinity. As of now, inquiries are still being conducted.
